My journey: from an anxious dad to a confident guides
Earlier this year, we started baby training with our son Oscar when he was just 3 months old (he's turning 1 in November). Like most new dads, I was terrified of handling him wrong. But after going to a baby acrobatics class & discovering structured movement exercises, everything changed. Today, Oscar is almost one - he's incredibly strong, sharp, and one of the happiest babies you'll meet. He hit all his milestones: turning, crawling, standing & walking early, and he has incredible focus.
We believe movement has been key to his development.
Through our journey, we've learned that babies naturally crave movement - they're constantly trying to roll, crawl, and explore. But with the right knowledge, we can support and enhance this natural development in safe, structured ways. This guide shares everything we've learned about baby training and exercise, from those first nervous months to confident movement milestones.
