My journey: from an anxious dad to a confident guides

Earlier this year, we started baby training with our son Oscar when he was just 3 months old (he's turning 1 in November). Like most new dads, I was terrified of handling him wrong. But after going to a baby acrobatics class & discovering structured movement exercises, everything changed. Today, Oscar is almost one - he's incredibly strong, sharp, and one of the happiest babies you'll meet. He hit all his milestones: turning, crawling, standing & walking early, and he has incredible focus.

We believe movement has been key to his development.

Through our journey, we've learned that babies naturally crave movement - they're constantly trying to roll, crawl, and explore. But with the right knowledge, we can support and enhance this natural development in safe, structured ways. This guide shares everything we've learned about baby training and exercise, from those first nervous months to confident movement milestones.

- Andri (& Miriam & Oscar)

Baby Training Exercises

Why This Matters

Your baby's movement is more important than ever. In today's world of bouncy chairs, car seats, and screens, babies spend less time moving than ever before.

Yet movement is crucial for...

  • Brain Development - Movement creates neural connections that shape intelligence
  • Physical Strength - Building natural muscle tone and coordination
  • Sleep Quality - Active babies sleep better and longer
  • Parent-Child Bonding - Movement builds trust and connection
  • Future Health - Early movement habits last a lifetime

What You Can Expect

Results we've experienced...

  • ✓ Better sleep patterns
  • ✓ Faster milestone achievement
  • ✓ Improved strength and coordination

Frequently Asked Questions

Is baby training safe?

Yes, when done properly. Our guide focuses on age-appropriate movements with detailed safety protocols. Just like tummy time or learning to crawl, structured movement is natural and beneficial when introduced correctly. Every exercise includes clear safety checkpoints and proper form guidance.

When should I start?

Most babies can start gentle movements from 3 months old. Our guide includes age-specific progressions from 3-12 months, with clear signs of readiness for each stage. Remember: every baby develops at their own pace.

Won't my baby develop naturally without structured exercise?

Yes, babies will naturally move and develop! However, in today's world of car seats, bouncy chairs, and limited floor time, many babies get less movement than nature intended. Our guide helps support natural development patterns while preventing "container baby syndrome."

I'm worried about hurting my baby - how do I know it's safe?

This is every parent's top concern! Our guide starts with the gentlest movements and builds gradually. You'll learn proper support techniques, safety signs to watch for, and how to build confidence in handling your baby. Remember: babies are naturally more resilient than we often think.

Do I need special equipment or training?

No! All exercises can be done at home with just you and your baby. The most important "equipment" is a safe space (like a bed or exercise mat) and your loving attention.

What if my baby doesn't like certain movements?

Every baby is different! Our guide teaches you how to read your baby's cues and adjust accordingly. We provide multiple variations for each development goal so you can find what works best for your little one.

Will this help my baby reach milestones faster?

While every baby develops at their own pace, supporting natural movement patterns can help create optimal conditions for development. Parents using our guide often report:

  • Better sleep patterns
  • Earlier rolling and crawling
  • Improved strength and coordination
  • Greater confidence in movement

What makes this different from regular baby play?

While play is crucial, our guide provides structured, progressive movements that specifically support development. Think of it as "purposeful play" - movements designed to build strength, coordination, and confidence in a systematic way.

I've seen scary videos online - is this the same thing?

Absolutely not! Our guide focuses on gentle, age-appropriate movements. We emphasize safety first and never recommend dangerous or risky movements. Everything is designed to support natural development patterns.
